How does a Lean Coffee Work?
- Submit topics you’d like to discuss (we will send you an email reminder so you can submit questions beforehand).
- At the start of the meeting, everyone votes on the topics of most interest
- The most popular topic is discussed for 5 minutes. Then we vote to decide if we should continue the topic for 2 more minutes or move to the next topic.
- Repeat for the next topic and continue until the end.
