How does a Lean Coffee Work?

Lean Coffee

  1. Submit topics you’d like to discuss (we will send you an email reminder so you can submit questions beforehand).
  2. At the start of the meeting, everyone votes on the topics of most interest
  3. The most popular topic is discussed for 5 minutes. Then we vote to decide if we should continue the topic for 2 more minutes or move to the next topic.  
  4. Repeat for the next topic and continue until the end.
