The implementation of Lean Portfolio Management (LPM) is on the rise across private and public sectors.
How do you ensure the LPM implementation gains momentum and sustains it? In a year-long research study, across multiple organizations, we were able to identify success patterns in starting and operating LPM.
In this conversation, SPCT Deema Dajani from Scaled Agile, and SPCT Candidate Danielle Gerber from ICON Agility Services, will share select LPM success patterns observed in the field. The conversation, moderated by Daylon Walton, Business Agility Strategist with ICON, will start with weaving in change leadership principles, and a fresh look at roles and engagement in LPM. This webinar will last for 45 minutes followed by a 15 minute QA with the audience.
This conversation will focus on:
- Roles and Responsibilities
- The LPM Kickoff
- Working with leaders during the ‘Strategize’ step in the LPM implementation journey
This webinar is for SPCs, LACEs, and Portfolio Managers or leaders that want to get started in Lean Portfolio Management.
This session will be recorded and distributed to all registrants.
