# Vantiv Customer Story

[Vantiv, Inc. (now Worldpay from FIS Global)](https://www.fisglobal.com/en-gb/merchant-solutions-worldpay) is a leading provider of payment processing services and technology. From 2015-2017, ICON helped facilitate their initial [Program Increment Planning](https://www.iconagility.com/services/transformation.php#PIPlanning) exercise and provided enterprise-level coaching that successfully implemented agile at scale. As a result, Vantiv has improved employee engagement, reduced time to market, and meets customer needs with innovative solutions. 

##### ***Vantiv Transformation Highlights:***

- Within one year, delivered 7% more features and capabilities with 9% less staff.
- Teams delivered on commitments 80-100% of the time.
- Year after year, the number of changes in solutions doubled, but the number of customer-reported quality incidents has not increased.
- Greater transparency generated more trust and culture change, allowing Vantiv to be voted “Best Place to Work in Cincinnati” for 2016.
