ICON is proud to announce that Kathy Marshak, Principal Lean/Agile Transformation Coach and SPCT, has been inducted into the SAFe Fellow Program by Scaled Agile, Inc., provider of SAFe, the world’s leading framework for enterprise agility.
The SAFe Fellow achievement is Scaled Agile’s most prestigious distinction, recognizing individuals who have exhibited the highest levels of thought leadership and expertise for implementing the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe).
This recognition highlights Kathy Marshak’s continued leadership in helping ICON’s clients address the significant challenges of developing and delivering high-quality software and systems in the shortest sustainable lead time.
“If we are in a challenging situation—whether puzzling over the next generation framework or struggling to optimize a SAFe implementation—the Fellows are the folks we turn to,” said Dean Leffingwell, creator of SAFe and chief methodologist. “We are delighted to welcome Kathy into the program and fully expect she will continue to push the boundaries of Lean-Agile development with her experiences and insights."
Congratulations, Kathy! Your ICON family is proud of you!
